Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 15 years of experience in software development.
- Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems and delivering enterprise-grade
solutions.
- Strong expertise in Java/Spring and .NET technologies with hands-on experience using relational
databases.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Demonstrated people management and team-building skills.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
