15+ years of experience in IT Delivery / Product Engineering / ERP solutions. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong expertise in platform/application development, product engineering, and ERP application delivery. Hands-on experience managing L1, L2, L3 support with defined SLAs and ITIL processes. The role involves end-to-end delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and leadership of cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Proven track record in application/platform development projects. Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics). Own SLA/KPI adherence for L1, L2, L3 support operations. Good knowledge of ITIL framework and service operations. Strong customer management & communication skills. Lead. Coordinate with engineering, QA, architecture, and ERP teams for seamless execution. Govern incident, problem & service request management using ITIL practices. Conduct regular client meetings, governance reviews & milestone tracking.
