A strong technology background in Open Source / Java, Automation / SRE based projects is required. experience in leveraging AI in SDLC preferred Should have worked in the software field for over 18+ years. This experience includes familiarity with software product development life cycles and should have extensively management projects using Agile methodology. Experience managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time is required. Should have managed team of 100+ members working across various projects / accounts Management skills, including project management capabilities, are a must Excellent, high level people management skills combined with project management skills are required. Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills are necessary. Have managed a revenue portfolio of USD7-10Mn+ Good experience in creating Proposals & lead the Pre sales process for accounts managed in his/her portfolio.
