It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.

>>About the Role:

The Digital Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IT infrastructure for large-scale government systems. This role ensures high availability, security, and disaster recovery capabilities for mission-critical applications, including Integrated Financial Management Systems (IFMS). The specialist will implement and manage advanced network security measures and secure connectivity protocols, to safeguard sensitive government data and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.

>>Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy resilient IT infrastructure, including data centers, virtualization, clustering, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Manage network architecture and security for large-scale government systems.
  • Oversee infrastructure performance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices for cybersecurity and compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with applications.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, lead strategic discussions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Handle large technical teams, mentor team members, and drive collaboration across multi-functional groups.
  • Lead presales activities, including solution presentations, RFP responses, and proposal creation; partner with sales teams to position infrastructure solutions effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for audits and compliance.

>>Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: B.E./ B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 15+ years in IT infrastructure for large-scale government systems, including IFMS project along with presales & sales experience preferred.
  • Expertise in: Setting up resilient infrastructure with disaster recovery, data centers, virtualization, and clustering.

>>Preferred Skills:

  • Desirable Qualification: PG Diploma in IT Infrastructure or Cybersecurity.
  • Certifications: ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer (BSI/TUV), CCNA or CCNP (Cisco), CISA (ISACA).
  • Strong knowledge of network security, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to manage complex infrastructure projects and ensure compliance with government standards.
  • Proven ability to engage and manage senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and trust throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in handling large technical teams, mentoring architects, and driving collaboration across multi-functional groups.
