A global U.S.-based construction and design organization is hiring a senior Design Delivery leader to build and scale high-performance Architecture and BIM/VDC operations supporting large-scale U.S. construction programs.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on technical excellence, operational scalability, digital delivery transformation, and multidisciplinary design coordination across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Aviation, Commercial Buildings, Universities, Mission Critical, and large infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a 50+ member Architecture & BIM/VDC production team

• Drive Revit-based delivery across LOD 350–400 and construction documentation workflows

• Establish design standards, QA/QC frameworks, documentation protocols, and delivery governance

• Oversee coordinated architectural and multidisciplinary drawing production across all project phases

• Improve productivity, automation, first-pass quality, and operational efficiency

• Partner closely with U.S.-based design leadership and project stakeholders

• Build scalable digital delivery operations aligned with U.S. construction documentation standards

• Mentor BIM managers, architects, coordinators, and technical delivery teams

• Drive interoperability across Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ERP, and digital workflows

• 10+ years in Architecture / BIM / Digital Delivery

• Strong exposure to U.S. construction documentation workflows

• Experience delivering Hospitals, Airports, Universities, Commercial, Mission Critical, or large infrastructure projects

• Strong operational discipline with focus on quality, timelines, scalability, and performance

• Hands-on leader capable of building processes, teams, and delivery systems from the ground upz
