Director Data Science

We are hiring for a Data Science Leader – Life Sciences/Pharma

Experience: 15+ years

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years in consulting/technology services firms

• 4+ years in Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences industry

• 6+ years in Data Science with end-to-end ecosystem exposure (data pipelines, model development & deployment, orchestration, automation, MLOps)

• Strong ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions (regression, classification, NLP, etc.) and derive actionable insights

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data management, data modeling, data quality, DevOps, data migration, and integration initiatives

• Design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions including NLP, deep learning, and computer vision

• Build scalable models using Python, R, PySpark, TensorFlow, Keras, R Shiny

• Drive feature engineering, feature selection, and model validation on large-scale datasets

• Deliver data science solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

• Work with AWS tools such as S3, EMR, EC2, Redshift, Glue

• Develop and deploy neural network architectures (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers)

• Enable digital automation solutions, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms
