- Participate in strategic risk initiatives and management projects when required.
Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- Provide guidance and mentorship to credit approvers and analysts.
- Strengthen the team's capabilities in financial analysis, transaction structuring and credit judgement.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and product teams while maintaining independent risk oversight.
- Communicate complex credit issues clearly to senior management and regional stakeholders.
- Foster a constructive risk culture that supports sound and sustainable business growth.
Candidate Profile
- Around 20 years of relevant experience across corporate credit risk, institutional lending, commercial banking or related areas.
- Significant experience in independent credit assessment, approval, underwriting or portfolio risk management.
- Strong understanding of corporate lending products, transaction structures, collateral, covenants and credit-risk mitigation.
