You support our team as

Director Corporate HR and HR Processes India (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR business partnering across the employee lifecycle for Sales and Support functions, including performance management and employee relations
  • Own Talent Acquisition for all India roles, covering roles across Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India, including onboarding coordination and handover to plant HR for site induction
  • Drive rollout and adoption of global HR processes and quality standards in India, including governance, documentation and audit readiness
  • Drive learning and development and performance management cycles for Sales and Support functions and coordinate cross-location rollouts with plant HR
  • Lead the Assistant Manager HR and ensure high quality day-to-day HR service and case handling for Management teams and employees in area of responsibility. Maintain responsibility split and handovers with Director HR Operations. Apply Workday location split for shared processes
  • Manage global HR COE (Centers of Expertise) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) interfaces. Drive clean rollout communication and issue resolution
  • Provide HR reporting and people analytics for responsible area. Support India headcount planning with Managing Director India. Support office change initiatives and talent topics. Ensure confidentiality and documentation discipline

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations or comparable
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years operational HR experience with recruiting exposure, proven project delivery and clear leadership aspiration
  • Talent acquisition and onboarding. Sourcing coordination and interview process discipline
  • Process and project management, including documentation, controls and stakeholder routines
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus structured reporting
  • HRIS affinity and data discipline, comfortable working with global standards and audits
  • Required Competencies : High drive and ownership, Structured thinking and crisp communication, Stakeholder management with senior leaders, Quality mindset and process discipline, Learning agility and openness to feedback, Integrity and confidentiality in people topics
