Jubilant Pharmova Limited (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences Limited) is a company with global presence that is involved in Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO), Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses.

In the Radiopharma business, the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Company's Allergy Immunotherapy business is involved in the manufacturing and supply of allergic extracts and venom products in the US and in some other markets such as Canada, Europe and Australia. Jubilant through its CDMO Sterile Injectables business offers manufacturing services including sterile fill and finish injectables (both liquid and lyophilization), full-service ophthalmic offer (liquids, ointments & creams) and ampoules.

The CRDMO business of the Company includes the Drug Discovery Services business that provides contract research and development services through two world-class research centres in Bangalore and Noida in India and the CDMO-API business that is involved in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Summary of Job

  • Understanding JPM Mission, Vision 2030 Strategy
  • Ability to roll out and execute this strategy through an integrated marketing, communications and pro-active story-telling.
  • Enhance external presence for the Company and Leadership through compelling narratives and consistent, innovative story telling across mediums for all audiences.

Key Responsibilities

(Performance Indicators)

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Stakeholder Management-Internal & External
  • Six JPM CEO's, BU Heads, Function Heads (Legal, HR, IR, Finance, Sustainability)
  • Media, Website agency, creative and other registered partners
  • Run relationships with each of the above; basis brief received, turn around plans with regular cadence and review
  • Storytelling and Thought Leadership
  • Tell the Pharmova story to all stakeholders (media/investors/employees) across all media formats
  • Leverage the role of PR in positioning the business and its leadership as industry experts, thought leaders
  • Enhance executive presence through key industry forums, blogs, opinion articles, other marketing collaterals
  • PR: Have and leverage relationship with editors, beat reporters at National, Regional, Local level; run CEO & key spokespeople external engagement calendar
  • Brand Building
  • Re-energize JPM Social media presence and executive visibility through consistent drumbeat of communications, using new age tools
  • Ownership and Project Management
  • End to end ownership of large projects e.g. Website refresh for JPM and Jubilant Bhartia Group, Annual Report, Investor Meets, Chairmen's Annual Awards, Sustainability Report
  • Collaboration and working with cross functional teams with a solution minded approach
  • Nurturing the agency partner eco-system (Creative, production agencies) in line with procurement guidelines
  • Budget management- Monitor expenses, track spends, report on budget

  • Internal Communications
  • Develop and launch New Internal communications channel/collateral
  • Excellent design aesthetic & copywriting skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Develop executive and key corporate messages in line with organizations business communications strategy
  • Lead development of communication campaigns for various functions (including HR, Finance, Ethics, CSR) and leadership
  • Coordinate with external creative agencies to develop collateral such as campaign mailers, banners posters, digital assets for digital and social media campaigns on different channels.
  • Support HOD in Chairmen, CEO office and other Group Companies and their projects/ initiatives/ events

Qualification & Experience

  • Experience: 15-18 years of relevant experience Marketing and Brand Communications
  • 3-4 years experience of working directly with CXO's, curating CEO communications desirable
  • Experience in brand management for leading B2B/B2C brands will be an advantage
  • Any Graduate with Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Brand Communications

  • Excellent design aesthetic, articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Including strong editing, proofreading, layout and design skills and the ability to present concepts
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as BU Heads, Function Heads so as to align and shape integrated marketing & content strategy, calendar
  • Excellent drafting skills in English and Hindi
  • Develop content for articles, reports, speeches, presentations, collaterals including websites and brochures
  • Strong research and analytic abilities to understand policy framework and develop industry related content writing
  • Understanding of budgeting and planning
  • A self-motivated, creative and energetic professional
  • Project Management skills and a good team player
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure with good time management
  • Excellent communication skills, especially strong presentation skills
