Role Overview

The Director – Client Solutions plays a pivotal role in accelerating Zyeta's growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving high-impact business wins. This role is built for a proactive, dynamic, and high-energy professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.

You are the growth driver, a sharp communicator, strategic thinker, and relationship builder who understands client needs, crafts compelling solutions, and represents Zyeta with credibility and influence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create powerful pitches, data-backed proposals, and differentiated value propositions.

You own thegrowth charter for your regionby developing a strong pipeline, closing key deals, and enhancing Zyeta's market presence with precision, discipline, and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities aligned with Zyeta's strategic goals.
  • Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline through networking, market intelligence, industry events, and proactive outreach.
  • Lead the complete pursuit lifecycle — proposals, pitches, client meetings, and commercial negotiations.
  • Build long-term relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers to drive conversions and repeat business.
  • Ensure every client engagement reflects Zyeta's values, capabilities, and commitment to excellence.

Client Solutioning & Strategy

  • Understand client needs, workplace challenges, and business priorities to shape impactful design and build solutions.
  • Collaborate with design, project management, and technical teams to build competitive and compelling proposals.
  • Clearly articulate Zyeta's value proposition — quality, precision, strategy, and experience — across all client touchpoints.
  • Support workshops, capability presentations, and strategic reviews that strengthen client alignment and confidence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure clarity on scope, timelines, deliverables, and execution expectations.
  • Participate in key client interactions throughout the project lifecycle to reinforce trust and service excellence.
  • Provide structured market and client insights to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong communication rhythms to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project delivery.

Strategic Planning & Market Expansion

  • Contribute to annual business planning, revenue goals, and market expansion strategies.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the design and build sector.
  • Identify strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem collaborations to expand Zyeta's market footprint.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Zyeta with clarity, professionalism, and conviction.

Success Metrics

  • Consistent pipeline growth and revenue conversion aligned with Zyeta's targets.
  • New enterprise wins across target sectors reflecting strong pursuit and closure rates.
  • High retention, repeat engagement, and positive client feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Competitive, well-structured proposals submitted on time with strong conversion rates.
  • Seamless sales-to-delivery transitions with zero scope gaps or miscommunications.
  • Zyeta's brand visibility and reputation strengthened through active advocacy and representation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Successful sales or business development experience in the design & build industry or adjacent sectors.
  • A track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and deal-qualification skills.
  • Exceptional communication, client engagement, and negotiation expertise.
  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
