This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar for a Director - Career Services. The Director will lead and manage KU's career services initiatives, ensuring students receive guidance and support for their professional growth. Responsibilities include providing career counseling, facilitating mock interviews, organizing job search strategy workshops, and working with industry partners to secure placement opportunities for students. They will also oversee the development of programs that enhance career readiness and foster strong employer relations.

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Services to support students in mapping their professional futures.
• Experience conducting Mock Interviews and developing Job Search Strategies to prepare students for employment opportunities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage the Career Services team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to build networks and establish partnerships with employers.
• Experience in higher education or a related field, with demonstrated success in driving student career outcomes.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
