About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director – Travel & Hospitality (T&H) Capability with deep expertise in the travel & hospitality industry preferably in airline, commercial ecosystem and modern airline retailing. The role focuses on creating and driving industry solutions, advisory, AI enablement, strengthening capability offerings, innovation across airlines, hospitality, and allied travel segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead some of the T&H capability growth programs through solution design, modernization, and innovation.
  • Drive airline commercial transformation across NDC, Offer-Order journeys, Revenue Management, Revenue Accounting, and Distribution.
  • Collaborate with clients and account teams to identify business pain points and design digital solutions.
  • Continuously monitor T&H industry trends and identify solution opportunities including industry whitespaces for formulating and proposing solution
  • Steer some of the key T&H solutions from inception to deployment as an SME and solution owner.
  • Champion agile and product thinking; prior product owner/manager experience is a plus.
  • Connect industry trends with AI and emerging tech to identify high-impact use cases.
  • Provide thought leadership and represent the organization in client and industry forums.

Qualifications


Required Experience & Skills

  • 15+ years in Travel & Hospitality, preferably in airline commercial and retailing transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of NDC, Offer-Order systems & processes, Modern Airline Retailing, GDS, revenue management, and booking ecosystems. Good to have experience in the one or more other areas like Revenue accounting, flight/crew operations, airport operations.
  • Proven experience in large digital programs integrating legacy and next-gen systems.
  • Exposure to hospitality, cruise, or ground transport domains desirable.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Business, or related field.
