Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to assume the role of Senior Director – Agentic AI Products & Platforms, responsible for driving the strategy, architecture, and large-scale deployment of next-generation AI-native platforms built on agentic frameworks.

This role requires a rare combination of deep technical expertise, product leadership, and strategic foresight to design and operationalize intelligent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise adoption of agentic AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide vision and roadmap for agent-based AI platforms and products
• Identify and operationalize opportunities leveraging autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and AI copilots
• Align AI initiatives with broader organizational and digital transformation objectives

Product & Platform Ownership

• Provide end-to-end leadership across the lifecycle of AI-native products and platforms—from ideation through to scale
• Architect and deliver platforms that enable:
• Agent orchestration
• Tool and API integration
• Contextual memory, reasoning, and decision-making capabilities
• Ensure solutions are scalable, modular, and aligned with enterprise-grade standards

Technical & Architectural Oversight

• Guide the design and implementation of advanced AI architectures, including:
• Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks
• Multi-agent collaboration models
• Establish best practices for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization

Innovation & Framework Leadership

• Drive evaluation, adoption, and advancement of agentic AI frameworks and ecosystems
• Lead experimentation in areas such as:
• Autonomous decision-making systems
• Planning and reasoning architectures
• Tool-augmented and workflow-driven agents
• Foster a culture of continuous innovation and rapid prototyping

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, data science, product, and business teams
• Translate complex technical constructs into clear, actionable business insights and strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and clients on AI-driven transformation initiatives

Governance, Risk & Responsible AI

• Establish and enforce robust frameworks for AI governance, safety, and ethical deployment
• Implement mechanisms for:
• Model validation and monitoring
• Risk mitigation and hallucination control
• Data privacy and regulatory compliance

Organizational Leadership

• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
• Cultivate an environment that emphasizes innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
• Develop leadership capabilities within the organization to sustain long-term growth

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 15–20+ years of progressive experience across AI/ML, data platforms, and product/platform engineering
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling AI-native products and enterprise platforms
• Significant experience in developing or deploying agentic or autonomous AI systems

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of:
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI ecosystems
• Prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, and optimization techniques
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector-based architectures
• Proven experience in multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, and tool integration

Technology & Ecosystem Exposure

• Hands-on familiarity with leading frameworks such as:
• LangChain / LangGraph
• AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent ecosystems
• Strong grounding in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development stacks

Product & Business Acumen

• Strong product orientation with the ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business value
• Experience operating in enterprise environments with complex stakeholder landscapes
• Proven ability to influence strategic decision-making at senior levels

Leadership Capabilities

• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders
• Strong judgment and decision-making in highly ambiguous and evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building AI copilots, autonomous enterprise systems, or decision intelligence platforms
• Contributions to thought leadership (publications, conferences, patents)
• Exposure to global operating models and cross-cultural teams
