Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director - Business Training to lead our training initiatives. This role is responsible for driving new-hire training, leveraging new technologies to enhance learning, and developing curriculum that meets the needs of a modern workforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the RCM BPO domain, with a proven track record of managing large training teams and fostering a culture of continuous development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Curriculum: Drive new-hire training and ensure hiring-to-ramp goals are met by regularly reviewing content and delivery. Leverage new technology solutions, and define and develop strategies and curricula, including instructor-led, CBT, and multimedia content.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with client-side counterparts to provide training updates and partner on special projects. Collaborate with business units and internal/external SMEs to develop learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Training Needs & Delivery: Identify training needs for tenured resources and administer continuous learning, including update management, BQ training, and cross-skill learning. Oversee the training calendar to optimize the use of trainers and classrooms.
  • People Management: Ensure feedback and coaching are provided to all managers and trainers. Drive the organization's values with the team and promote continuous development plans.
  • Governance & Reporting: Provide detailed weekly reports on key training metrics to leadership to determine program effectiveness. Analyze data and trends to deliver management information reports for effective decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

  • UG Degree.
  • 15+ years of experience in the RCM BPO domain, with at least 5 years in training.
  • Managed a training team of 25+ for the past 3 years, comprising managers, trainers, and voice coaches.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts.
