Job Description

About Company:

India's booming consumer market has over 300 million credit-eligible consumers, yet only 35million actively use credit cards. At Snapmint, we are building a better alternative to credit cards that lets consumers buy now and pay later for a wide variety of products, be it shoes, clothes, fashion accessories, clothes or mobile phones. We firmly believe that an enduring financial services business must be built on the bedrock of providing honest, transparent and fair terms.

Founded in 2017, today we are the leading online zero-cost EMI provider in India. We have served over 10M consumers across 2,200 cities and are doubling year on year. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs and alumni of IIT Bombay and ISB with over two decades of experience across leading organizations like Swiggy, Oyo, Maruti Suzuki and ZS Associates before successfully scaling and exiting businesses in patent analytics, ad-tech and bank-tech software services.

About the Role:

This is a senior business ownership role for the Credit Line on UPI product at Snapmint. The

person will own the P&L end-to-end - from annual planning and forecasting to monthly target

delivery - while actively managing lending partner relationships externally. The ideal candidate

is a business leader who is as comfortable reading a growth curve as they are negotiating a

commercial term with a bank's CXO.

Required Qualifications:

  • CA or MBA from a Tier I/II institute with 5–8 years in fintech or digital lending
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills - must be able to build and own business models independently
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering revenue or disbursal targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong external stakeholder management - comfortable engaging CXO-level partners at banks and NBFCs
  • Exposure to Credit Line, Cards, or UPI-based credit/payment products is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Business Ownership & Execution

  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual GTV/disbursal targets for the Credit Line on UPI product
  • Translate the annual plan and B-plan into actionable execution roadmaps with clear ownership and timelines
  • Drive funnel optimisation - from discovery through activation to utilization - to consistently meet targets
  • Align internal teams (product, tech, ops, risk) around the business plan and remove execution blockers
  • Plan monthly/quarterly product and engineering charter based on highest-impact business levers

Financial Planning & Performance

  • Build and own the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plan for the CLOU business
  • Develop and maintain dashboards covering customer metrics, lending metrics, profitability, and risk cuts across LOBs
  • Track and report KPIs and business metrics with accuracy — monthly, quarterly, and annually for internal leadership and lending partners
  • Conduct scenario analysis and business modelling for new initiatives and growth opportunities
  • Analyze run-rate trends, spread, and delinquency to identify both growth levers and risk signals early

External Partner Management

  • Serve as the business interface with the banking partners - own the commercial relationship post go-live
  • Influence partners to prioritize product enhancements, process changes, and business decisions that drive mutual business growth
  • Present business performance and strategic recommendations at partner Steer-Cos and leadership reviews with clarity and conviction
