About the Role
We are looking for a business leader with a strong track record in revenue growth, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships. This role will be responsible for driving business expansion, building key client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth and business expansion initiatives.
* Build and manage strategic partnerships and enterprise accounts.
* Identify new market opportunities and growth channels.
* Lead high-value client engagements and commercial negotiations.
* Collaborate with leadership on business strategy and execution.
Requirements
* 8–15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth roles.
* Prior Founder/Co-Founder experience preferred.
* Proven success in B2B sales and revenue generation.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Location: Bangalore
Immediate joiners and ex-founders/co-founders will have an added advantage.
