Role Overview
The Director – Business Development will lead strategic revenue growth initiatives for the OOH advertising business, drive key client partnerships, expand market presence, and oversee high-value sales opportunities across traditional and digital OOH platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for OOH and DOOH advertising verticals.
- Lead revenue generation, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with top brands, media agencies, government bodies, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and innovative media solutions.
- Drive large-scale negotiations, commercial closures, and long-term contracts.
- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve organizational targets.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends, competition, pricing, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
- Ensure achievement of annual sales targets, profitability, and business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, OOH/DOOH, or related industries.
- Established network within brands and media agencies preferred.
