Role Overview

The Director – Business Development will lead strategic revenue growth initiatives for the OOH advertising business, drive key client partnerships, expand market presence, and oversee high-value sales opportunities across traditional and digital OOH platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies for OOH and DOOH advertising verticals.
  • Lead revenue generation, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with top brands, media agencies, government bodies, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and innovative media solutions.
  • Drive large-scale negotiations, commercial closures, and long-term contracts.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve organizational targets.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, pricing, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
  • Ensure achievement of annual sales targets, profitability, and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, OOH/DOOH, or related industries.
  • Established network within brands and media agencies preferred.
