Role Overview: The Growth Sales / Farmer will be responsible for expanding revenue within existing strategic accounts for the Infrastructure Management & Security Services (IMSS) business of Happiest Minds. The role focuses on account growth, cross sell, and long term client partnerships rather
than new logo acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue growth from existing IMSS accounts in India.
- Drive upsell and cross sell opportunities across Managed Infrastructure Services, Cloud Operations & FinOps, Cybersecurity & Managed Security (SOC/XDR/MDR), Digital Workplace & Service Desk, Identity Security, Cloud Security and OT Security.
- Identify white space opportunities within existing clients.
- Revenue growth from existing accounts, account expansion rate, crossnsell pipeline, multi year managed services deals, customer retention and satisfaction and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Client Relationship Management
- Build CXO and senior IT stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor on cloud modernization, security transformation and AI-driven IT operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Portfolio Positioning
- Position Happiest Minds IMSS capabilities including Managed Infrastructure & Cloud, NOC/SOC Managed Services, DevSecOps & AIOps, Cyber resilience & Zero Trust, Workplace transformation and Compliance & Risk services.
Strategic Account Planning
- Develop multi year account growth plans and identify large multi tower managed services opportunities.
- Work closely with delivery teams, practice leaders, pre sales teams and solution architects to shape opportunities.
- Drive renewals, scope expansion and multi year deals.
- Convert project engagements into long term managed services contracts and increase ACV and TCV from existing accounts.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with IMSS delivery leadership, cybersecurity practice, cloud practice, presales, solutioning teams and customer success teams to ensure seamless client engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1218 years of experience in IT services sales with strong exposure to Managed Infrastructure Services, Cloud Services and Cybersecurity Services.
- Proven experience in account mining and farming within large enterprise customers
Preferred Industry Experience - BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare / Pharma, Technology, Retail / Encommerce
