This role is open for Bangalore/Gurgaon/Mumbai location.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to build and manage feeder relationships with referral partners, and allied networks across India.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked with law firms, legal professionals, headhunting firms, or companies that operate through strong partnership ecosystems.

The individual will be responsible for developing new alliance partners, nurturing existing relationships, and creating ongoing inbound referral opportunities that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong partnerships with lawyers, law firms, consultants, payroll firms, and referral networks across India.
  • Develop a consistent feeder ecosystem for leads and business referrals.
  • Drive partnership outreach through meetings, calls, events, and networking forums.
  • Support lead generation, maintain partner pipelines, and document interactions.
  • Map potential alliance partners and represent the organization at industry events.
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding of referred clients and provide regular partnership performance updates.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in law firms, legal support, working with lawyers, executive search, payroll/outsourcing, or alliancebased business development.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with lawyers, managing partners, consultants, and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of the legal ecosystem and how law firms operate.
  • Exposure to alliances, partnerships, or channel/feeder models.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with highvolume outreach.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/postgraduate (LLB preferred but not mandatory).
  • 6+ years of experience (midlevel).

Work Location

  • Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and networking.
