Job Description
Drive strategic vision and roadmap for retail technology and solutions aligned with customer and business needs.
Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., Omnichannel, eCommerce, POS, Supply Chain, Customer Experience) and guide innovation in solutions.Serve as the retail SME across internal teams and customer engagements.Manage a diverse portfolio of retail applications including ERP, CRM, SCM, WMS, POS, and eCommerce platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams (development, QA, architecture) to ensure solutions meet quality and scalability standards.Provide governance across application lifecycle and modernization programs.Lead and coordinate the end-to-end RFP process for retail technology projects.Translate customer requirements into winning proposals, including solutioning, effort estimation, pricing models, and value articulation.Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft compelling business cases.
