Job Description

As the Director, Brand Marketing – South Asia, you will be a visionary culture strategist, passionate brand advocate, and cutting-edge digital expert, authentically integrating Hilton and its trading brands into South Asia's cultural and digital landscape.

Your mission is to drive disruptive brand initiatives that fuel conversations, cultivate affinity, and firmly position Hilton as a culturally relevant and beloved brand across South Asia. Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise, Brand, and Partnership Marketing Operations – APAC, you will be pivotal in shaping Hilton's brand trajectory in one of the world's fastest-growing regions.

How You Will Make an Impact

Your role is critical and includes the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with APAC Enterprise, Brand Marketing, and regional teams to develop and implement brand strategy, positioning, and marketing objectives.
  • Serve as the For The Stay brand guardian in South Asia, ensuring alignment with Hilton's vision, values, and business goals.
  • Leverage your in-depth understanding of South Asia's digital, media, and cultural ecosystems to inform strategic decisions and enhance brand resonance.
  • Execute Go-To-Market plans for brand marketing initiatives, developing integrated, consumer-centric campaigns that are culturally disruptive and highly engaging.
  • Establish Hilton and its trading brands at the forefront of cultural conversations, aligning initiatives with travel trends, entertainment, and current affairs.
  • Lead brand storytelling and advocate for Hilton through an always-on publishing and social advocacy approach, leveraging social listening insights and cultural trends.
  • Manage high-profile Bollywood talent, including negotiation, contract management, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Build and manage productive partnerships with creative agencies, influencers, third-party collaborators, and media partners to deliver marketing objectives.

Why You'll Be a Great Fit

You bring the following qualifications and strengths:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven success integrating brands into diverse cultural and digital ecosystems, ideally with experience across luxury, entertainment, hospitality, or FMCG industries.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong executional ability, capable of developing disruptive ideas and crafting compelling brand narratives.
  • Skilled in inspiring, collaborating with, and leading creative agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of South Asia's social, cultural, and digital landscapes, with strong insights into consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience managing Indian market brand strategies is mandatory.
