Job Description
- Lead research in the domain of environmental biotechnology, bioremediation and microbial solutions
- Research in the biotechnological solutions in the industrial domain is a key component
- Secure funding through grants and proposals
- Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and patents in this domain
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives in line with the organization's vision.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Director should have:
- Atleast 18+ years of experience in the research domain
- A strong understanding in the industrial and environmental biotechnology space
- Research expertise in biosurfactants, oil recovery and microbial bioprocesses
- Experience in leading large research teams and work on large scale projects.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
