DIRECTOR-BFSI

Position: Director BFSI

Academic Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance or Banking
• PhD in Commerce or Banking & Finance 0n or before 2018
• First Class or equivalent at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels is preferable

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience at the university level
• Currently serving as Deputy Director/Principle/HOD
• Minimum 10 research publications in Scopus or Web of Science
• 5 years of academics administration experience is highly desirable and will be given preference
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pune are preferred
• At least 1 PhD Students Completed as Guide

Responsibilities:

• Lead the department in academic, administrative, and research initiatives
• Design and deliver industry-aligned curriculum and experiential learning opportunities
• Mentor faculty and students in research, projects, and career development
• Foster industry-academia collaboration and develop partnerships for internships, placements, and joint projects
• Drive accreditation, quality assurance, and innovation in teaching methodologies
