Role: Director – Automation
Experience: 18+ Years
Job Location: Pune(Hybrid)
We are looking for a strategic and technology-driven Director – Automation to lead our Automation & Innovation initiatives and drive the vision for our AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the AI CoE strategy and enterprise automation roadmap.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and business outcomes.
- Lead and scale high-performing Automation & Innovation teams.
- Drive AI/ML, RPA, autonomous scripting, and CI/CD initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish automation best practices, governance, KPIs, and performance standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in enterprise automation, digital transformation, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, RPA, Python, .NET, autonomous scripting, and Jenkins.
- Experience building and scaling an Automation or AI Center of Excellence.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale automation initiatives and measurable business impact.
