Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Director and Head of Product Management for Intelligent Systems & AI to lead a growing portfolio of AI-powered products and platforms across the organization. This is a people leadership role responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing a high-performing product management team, while also driving the overarching vision, strategy, product roadmap, and business outcomes for Intelligent Systems and AI initiatives.

This leader will oversee products spanning sales platforms, customer experience solutions, end-user applications, and customer service systems, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI and Agentic AI to transform operational efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.

The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise, strong business and technical acumen, and a proven ability to launch high-impact AI products at scale. Experience working in or collaborating with large technology companies and a background in both MBA-level strategic thinking and technical domains are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession.
  • Build hiring strategies and participate directly in recruiting high-caliber product management talent.
  • Establish career development frameworks, mentorship programs, and performance management processes for your team.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration and ensure product managers have the support, clarity, and resources to excel.

Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmapping

  • Define a bold vision and multi-year strategy for Intelligent Systems & AI across multiple business domains.
  • Create and maintain clear, outcome-driven roadmaps aligned with company goals, customer needs, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Drive business case creation, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to justify new investments.
  • Translate complex market and technology trends into actionable product opportunities.

AI & Agentic AI Product Innovation

  • Lead the design and development of AI-powered and Agentic AI solutions that transform workflows, automate tasks, augment decision-making, and elevate user experiences.
  • Establish AI product standards, governance frameworks, safety guidelines, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, research, and design teams to deliver responsible, high-impact AI solutions.
  • Bring deep understanding of model integration, data requirements, and user-facing AI interaction patterns.

Sales, Customer Experience & Service Platforms

  • Guide product strategies across the commercial lifecycle, including:
    • Sales tools and automation
    • End-user workflow platforms
    • Customer service and support systems
  • Identify friction points across these functions and introduce scalable, intuitive, AI-driven solutions.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence

  • Serve as a key leader connecting business strategy, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
  • Influence and align executives and stakeholders by articulating compelling narratives backed by data and insights.
  • Excel at conflict resolution, negotiation, and building consensus across diverse teams.
  • Present product updates, strategies, and results at executive and board-level forums.

Execution Excellence

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products through disciplined planning, prioritization, and agile execution.
  • Introduce best practices in product discovery, experimentation, and validation frameworks.
  • Track product performance and ensure teams iterate rapidly based on insights and feedback.

Qualifications Required

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading people and managing product teams.
  • Demonstrated experience launching AI-driven and Agentic AI products from concept to market.
  • Proven ability to hire, mentor, and grow high-performing product managers.
  • Strong expertise in product visioning, strategy creation, roadmapping, business case development, and go-to-market planning.
  • Deep understanding of platforms supporting sales, customer experience, and customer service.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence executives, technical teams, and cross-functional partners.

Preferred

  • Experience at or with large technology companies, with exposure to scaled product development environments.
  • MBA strongly preferred, especially when paired with a technical or engineering background.
  • Experience in emerging AI technologies, intelligent automation, and modern user experience paradigms.
  • Prior responsibility for multi-product, multi-team AI portfolios.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
