Director Allied Health Sciences and Operations

Are you an experienced Allied Health / Medical Imaging professional who is passionate about healthcare education, simulation-based training, institutional partnerships, and building new academic programs

ONE Learning is looking for a dynamic Director – Allied Health Operations & Strategic Partnerships to lead the growth of our Allied Health education ecosystem.

What You'll Lead
This is a leadership role combining academic excellence, simulation-based education, center operations, institutional engagement and strategic partnerships.
You will:
Lead simulation-based training programs across CT, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound & Radiology
Develop and deliver workshops, masterclasses, certification and competency-based programs
Drive operations across ONE Learning Academic Centers
Build strategic relationships with medical colleges, universities, hospitals, diagnostic chains and healthcare institutions
Develop MoUs, academic collaborations and institutional training partnerships
Identify new markets, institutions and opportunities for Allied Health education
Represent ONE Learning at conferences, academic forums and industry events
Build and mentor a strong network of trainers, faculty and subject-matter experts
Work closely with the management, product, marketing and commercial teams to develop new programs and institutional opportunities

Who Are We Looking For
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Medical Imaging Technology, Radiology, Allied Health Sciences, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Education or a related field.

Experience:
8–15 years of relevant experience in areas such as:
• Medical Imaging / Radiology
• Allied Health Education
• Healthcare Training
• Simulation-Based Education
• CT/MRI/X-Ray Application Training
• Academic Operations
• Healthcare Institutional Partnerships
• Healthcare Business Development

You Should Have
Strong knowledge of Allied Health education
Strong CT/MRI/X-Ray understanding
Excellent training & presentation skills
Institutional relationship-building capability
Strategic partnership development skills
Workshop & event management experience
Academic program development experience
Strong stakeholder management and business acumen
Leadership and team-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively
