Job Summary
The Director – Admissions & Outreach will lead the University's student recruitment, admissions strategy, and external engagement initiatives. The role is responsible for driving enrollment growth, strengthening institutional partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility through innovative outreach and digital marketing strategies. The incumbent will oversee the complete admissions lifecycle and collaborate with academic, marketing, and operational teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive admissions and outreach strategies aligned with institutional goals.
- Drive student recruitment initiatives to achieve enrollment targets across domestic and international markets.
- Oversee the complete admissions process including counseling, outreach, branding, digital campaigns, and operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, industry partners, and community organizations.
- Represent the University at national and international education fairs, seminars, and outreach events.
- Lead and mentor teams across Admissions, Outreach, Counseling, Training, Quality, Operations, and Digital Marketing.
- Analyze admissions data, market trends, and conversion metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Prepare MIS reports and enrollment performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, website content, brochures, and social media strategies.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Monitor digital funnel performance including CPL, lead quality, engagement rates, and conversion ratios to maximize ROI and admissions outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory standards, and admission guidelines.
Qualification & Experience
- Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 18+ years of progressive experience in admissions, outreach, student recruitment, or higher education operations.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing large admissions and outreach teams.
