We are looking to hire a Director / Head of Admissions & Growth for Avviare Educational Hub with immediate priority, considering the ongoing admission season.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving admissions, managing the counselling funnel, and ensuring achievement of overall student intake targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute the complete admission strategy

* Drive lead conversion through structured counselling and follow-ups

* Manage and monitor the admissions counselling team

* Design and implement WhatsApp, call, and follow-up funnels

* Coordinate closely with the digital marketing team for lead generation

* Organize and oversee seminars, events, and outreach activities

* Build school and coaching partnerships

* Track daily performance metrics and optimize conversion rates

* Ensure achievement of monthly and overall admission targets

Candidate Profile:

* Strong sales and conversion mindset

* Prior experience in admissions (education sector preferred)

* Proven ability to handle teams and deliver targets

* Data-driven and execution-focused approach

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation Structure:

* Fixed Salary: 50,000 60,000/month (based on experience)

* Performance Incentive: Slab-based, linked to actual admissions and fee realization
