Director - Admission

Job Description:

The Director Admissions will lead the Admission Team (Councellors) , Marketing, and Outbound Team teams with full responsibility for driving admission growth through inbound and outbound strategies. The role requires hands-on experience with paid campaigns, strong leadership capability, and the ability to execute high-impact digital and on-ground initiatives through teams.

  Own and deliver admission targets and enrollment growth across programs.

  Design and implement inbound strategies (performance marketing, digital campaigns, CRM nurturing).
  
  
  

• Drive outbound strategies through school visits, counselor outreach, call campaigns, events, contests, and workshops.

• Personally oversee and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) to improve lead quality and conversions.

• Lead admissions, marketing, and corporate relations teams with clear KPIs and accountability.

• Develop strategic initiatives to convert leads into confirmed admissions.

• Ensure seamless coordination between inbound and outbound teams for optimal lead follow-up and conversion.

• Establish cadences and performance benchmarks for inbound and outbound operations.

• Track and continuously optimize funnel performance across all channels.

  
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, digital/growth marketing, field marketing, or related roles, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership capacity.

• Experience in the education industry is a strong advantage.

• Proven hands-on experience in paid campaigns and lead generation.

• Strong expertise in inbound and outbound admission strategies.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and achieving admission targets.
