Key Responsibilities Include:

Mortgage Servicing

• Customer & Account Servicing
• Account Maintenance and Demographic Updates
• Borrower Correspondence Management
• Complaint Resolution and Research Requests
• Mortgage Documentation Review
• Account Research and Analysis
• Payment Processing and Servicing Support
• Ensuring adherence to investor and regulatory guidelines

Bankruptcy Operations

• Bankruptcy Setup and Case Maintenance
• Review and Processing of Bankruptcy Notices and Legal Documents
• Monitoring Bankruptcy Timelines and Milestones
• Servicing System Updates and Account Maintenance
• Coordination with Attorneys, Trustees, Vendors, and Internal Stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with Bankruptcy Regulations, Investor, and Client Requirements
• Maintaining accurate documentation and case records

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of US Mortgage Servicing processes
• Experience in Bankruptcy Operations
