Responsibilities

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
• Conducting initial phone interviews and scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Participating in job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
