Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct to Consumer Executive based in Noida. The role involves managing and optimizing direct-to-consumer sales channels, developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, overseeing inventory and logistics, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also includes analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to meet sales and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in direct-to-consumer sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and data to inform strategies
• Experience in the electronics or consumer products sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
