Details of the Job :

Leading and coordinating the planning and management of direct tax assignments independently

Preparation and compilation of Tax Audit reports

Documentation under Domestic Transfer Pricing

Review and finalization of corporate tax returns, Income Tax return for Trusts, individuals

Preparation of TDS returns, E-TDS returns

Preparation of Corporate Tax / Income Tax submissions

TDS advisory and compliance

Handling income tax scrutiny assessment proceedings, income tax appellate proceedings.

In depth direct tax knowledge.

Adept in providing expertise in evolving effective tax plans, managing Direct Tax matters & ensuring timely compliance under Direct Tax laws.

Coordination with the Tax Authorities

Ability to prioritize.

Work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.

Should be able to lead and motivate subordinates.

Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.

Establish & maintain good working relationships.

Technical Requirements :
