Job Title / Position: Direct Sales (Sourcing)
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive Direct Sales (Sourcing) for residential real estate projects through existing booked customer base, employee / corporate networks, loyalty programs, and referral channels. The role will focus on generating quality leads, maximizing conversions, building long-term customer relationships, and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience, excellent communication skills, knowledge of the local market, and ability to travel as required ( within the city or outside )
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales sourcing through booked customer base, loyalty referrals, employee connects, corporate networks, and self-generated leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Build new corporate alliances and employee engagement channels for lead generation.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
- Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, and site visit coordination.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing and sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and ensure high conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Projects for seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM systems and prepare sales MIS reports.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Travel across locations as and when required for client meetings, sourcing activities, and project support.
- Leverage local language skills to build stronger customer connect and market presence.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate/MBA in any discipline./knowledge of local language
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Direct Sales / Sourcing within Real Estate industry.
- Strong network in residential real estate market will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively based on business needs.
- Candidate should be open to work in Mumbai / Bangalore.
