We are seeking a dynamic Direct Sales Manager to lead our sales team in India. This role is designed for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to develop their careers in sales management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving direct sales initiatives, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive direct sales initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
