Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online marketing.

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences. Provide expert advice on real estate investment options and property market trends.

Property Presentation: Showcase properties to clients by organizing property tours, creating compelling property listings, and utilizing virtual tours or multimedia presentations.

Negotiation: Negotiate property deals between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible terms and prices for both parties.

Documentation: Assist clients in completing all necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements required for property transactions. Ensure all legal and financial aspects are handled correctly.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and keeping them updated on market developments and property listings.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, leads generated, and sales progress. Share valuable insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
