This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Executive (IT Services) based in Kochi. The responsibilities include identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting IT service offerings, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and sales target achievement.
• Understanding of basic Finance and Insurance concepts will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work cohesively in a team, combined with a strong enthusiasm for sales and business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
