We are looking for energetic, responsible, and self-driven Direct Sales Executives (DSE) who can manage field operations, customer visits, and premium collections for Kataria Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. You will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining ground-level operational excellence.

ResponsibilitiesVisit customers for insurance premium collection and documentation
Conduct regular field visits, maintain daily activity reports
Build strong relationships with existing and new policyholders
Ensure timely follow-ups for renewals and pending premiums
Coordinate with internal teams & managers for approvals and updates
Share live location with reporting managers when required (for areas without a Kataria office)
Weekly in-person visits to the office or as assigned by management
Maintain proper records and support documentation as per process
Requirements Minimum 1 year of field sales / outdoor work experience
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Comfortable with daily field travel and customer visits
Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
Basic understanding of insurance processes (preferred)
Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual
Graduate degree (mandatory)
