This role is strictly for Direct Response Copywriters - writing video scripts for 60-90 second meta ads talking head videos.

We are not hiring content writers or blog writers.

• Candidates without experience in ad copy, video scripts, or sales-driven writing will not be considered.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Direct Response Copywriter who can create high-converting ad copies and video scripts that drive leads and revenue.

The role requires a strong understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, objections, and conversion-focused messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-converting ad copies for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Create video ad scripts (Reels, UGC-style ads, short-form content)
• Develop landing page and sales copy focused on conversions
• Write compelling hooks, headlines, and CTAs
• Align copy with audience pain points and buying triggers
• Collaborate with performance marketing and creative teams
• Continuously improve copy based on metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of direct response copywriting experience

Proven experience in:

1. Ad copywriting (Meta/Google)
2. Video ad scripts 60-90 seconds (short-form content)
3. Conversion-focused writing

Strong understanding of:

• Hooks and scroll-stopping openings
• Pain points and objections
• Sales psychology
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, and action-driven copy
• Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Excellent command of English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
