Job Responsibilities

The Director of Data Health & Governance defines and drives the overall data governance strategy. This role involves establishing frameworks, collaborating with senior leadership, and overseeing the implementation of governance tools to ensure data quality and compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and drive the overall data governance strategy.
• Establish data governance frameworks and standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align data governance with organizational goals.
• Oversee the implementation of data governance tools and technologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Develop and manage data governance budgets and resources.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in data governance.
• Represent the organization in data governance forums and conferences.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in data governance and management tools.
