Dipping Manager (Textile)

The ideal candidate for this position will achieve desired production, quality, and quantity and reduce waste by effective execution of plans in coordination with Dipping team members and the maintenance service team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective utilization of available resources
• Reduce cleaning time between changeovers
• Maintenance of overall health of the plant machinery and equipments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile or Rubber Technology with 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing field, with knowledge of processing technical textile fabrics
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
• Strong leadership skills
