Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Suryapet for a Diploma Mechanical Shift Supervisor. The role involves supervising and coordinating daily manufacturing operations, ensuring machinery is running efficiently, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Key responsibilities also include conducting routine inspections, maintaining machinery, and overseeing production processes to ensure smooth operations while adhering to safety standards. The role is open to applicants from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh only.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) with an understanding of technical drawings and design modifications.
- Experience in machinery Inspection and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production processes.
- Knowledge of the Automotive industry and its related mechanical systems is an advantage.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and team coordination capabilities.
