Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in design and development of fixtures and tooling for CNC machining operations.
- Support preparation and modification of basic NC programs under guidance.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering and Production teams for tool validation.
- Support documentation, revision control, and tooling records.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Complete assigned training modules and projects within defined timelines.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Tool Engineering / Production Engineering.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and engineering drawings.
- Strong willingness to learn tooling and process fundamentals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Exposure to CAD software such as AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T and fixture design concepts.
- Interest in CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
