Diploma Engineer Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Diploma Engineer Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for fresh diploma graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment and develop foundational technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and technicians in day-to-day operational tasks and project-related work.
• Learn and apply engineering principles to real-world scenarios, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
• Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop practical skills in areas such as machine operation, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Support documentation and reporting for production metrics, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong foundational knowledge of engineering concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
