Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dimsum Specialist Chef, located in Bengaluru. The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dim sum dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and perfect presentation. Daily tasks will include menu planning, ingredient selection, maintaining food safety standards, and coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves training and mentoring junior team members on dim sum preparation techniques.

- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

- Commitment to maintaining quality and consistency in culinary presentations
- Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience in Chinese or Asian cuisine is a plus
