Role Description:

We're looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing and SEO Executive to join our team and take ownership of our online presence, drive traffic, generate leads, and optimize our digital marketing strategy for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing channels.
  2. Perform in-depth keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
  3. Monitor and report on search engine performance, rankings, and traffic trends using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  4. Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  5. Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and funnel analysis.
  6. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital content.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  8. Analyze and report on key metrics such as ROI, CPC, CTR, and lead quality to ensure goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO.
  • Proven track record of improving keyword rankings and increasing organic traffic.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-nurturing strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
