Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing role based in Chennai. The Digital Marketing professional will plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, managing social media profiles, creating and coordinating digital content, and monitoring website traffic and campaign performance. The role involves collaborating with sales and product teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives and target audiences. The Digital Marketing professional will also analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with internal teams and prospective clients.
  • Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify opportunities, target audiences, and effective positioning for digital campaigns.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and marketing alignment skills to support lead generation, nurture prospects, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media ad managers, email marketing tools, web analytics such as Google Analytics).
  • Candidates should possess the ability to create and manage digital content (basic copywriting, visual coordination) tailored for different online channels.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with tracking KPIs and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or manufacturing sectors, is beneficial.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
