Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and optimize Google Workspace for all university teams, ensuring secure and seamless collaboration
  • Administer, configure, and optimize Slack and its allied apps to enhance communication and cross-functional productivity
  • Drive adoption and best practices across diverse verticals including campus operations, education, skilling, and industry partnerships
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs, training sessions, and tailored workshops for various user groups
  • Develop user-friendly documentation, guides, and SOPs aligned to real workflows
  • Lead workflow automation projects using Google Apps Script, Slack integrations, or similar tools to reduce manual tasks
  • Monitor usage analytics and provide proactive support and creative engagement strategies to underutilized teams
  • Serve as domain expert and technical escalation point, resolving issues swiftly and enabling self-service for users
  • Coordinate with Google and Slack vendors/partners for advanced troubleshooting, integrations, or customizations
  • Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness of platforms across all departments
