Our services enable organizations to optimize and secure their remote and on-site employee computing environments, ensuring seamless productivity and connectivity across diverse sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage EUC solutions to support enterprise digital workspace environments.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-user hardware and software issues.
- Configure and maintain remote access solutions including Citrix and VMware platforms.
- Manage endpoint devices using tools like MS Endpoint Manager and SCCM to ensure compliance and security.
- Administer Active Directory and Windows Server environments to support user authentication and resource management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-user experience and system performance.
- Document processes, maintain inventory, and ensure adherence to security policies and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Experience with EUC technologies including Citrix and VMware
- Proficiency in managing end-user devices with MS Endpoint Manager or SCCM
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Strong communication and on-site support skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in an on-site environment
- Preferred
- Certifications in Citrix, VMware, or Microsoft technologies
- Experience supporting diverse enterprise environments
