About the Role

We're looking for a Digital UGC Content Creator who can create high-performing ad content using the latest AI tools.

This is not just a content role — this is about creating scroll-stopping ads, viral creatives, and performance-driven videos for brands across industries.

If you understand what makes people stop, watch, and convert, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Create UGC-style ad videos for social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Use AI tools to generate:
• Ad creatives
• Short-form videos
• Voiceovers
• Visual concepts
• Develop performance marketing creatives (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Edit engaging reels, shorts, and promotional videos
• Work with design & marketing team to create campaign-based content
• Stay updated with trending formats, hooks, and viral content styles

Tools You Should Know

• AI Tools (Must):
• ChatGPT / Midjourney / Runway / Pika / Kaiber (or similar)
• Editing Tools:
• Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
• Platforms:
• Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of UGC content & ad creatives
• Ability to create high-converting video content
• Good sense of visual storytelling & hooks
• Knowledge of performance marketing creatives
• Fast execution mindset (speed + quality)

Bonus Skills

• Experience with D2C brands / product marketing
• Understanding of ad metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions)
• Motion graphics or animation skills
